Experience Finca Ometepe Eco-Farm Stay Adventure

Come stay at Finca Ometepe — a one-of-a-kind luxury retreat on Nicaragua’s beautiful island of Ometepe

Wander through vibrant gardens, meet our friendly donkeys, milk the goats, and ride our gentle horses — all in a single, unforgettable day.

Finca Ometepe is our home away from home, and we’re excited to share this magical corner of the world with relaxed, nature-loving travelers looking to experience the very best of Ometepe and Nicaragua.

Our location and homes are truly unique. If you appreciate sweeping views, fresh organic farm-to-table meals, and lazy afternoons carried on a breeze filled with the calls of howler monkeys and flocks of parrots, then you might feel right at home here.

NOTE: If you will be bringing a vehicle to the island, you must make a reservation on the ferry beforehand or you may not make it to the island. On public holidays and some weekends, the ferry simply closes all reservations for a week or so, so be sure to make your reservation early!

So far, we’ve planted cacao, bananas, plantains, coconuts, limes, and oranges. There’s still a garden to put in, and the waterfront area needs more...

This is Lala smiling.

She didn’t start out like this. At first it was just the faintest hint of a smile—so subtle you weren’t sure it was intentional. But we noticed it. And because it was cute, we encouraged it.

Now she smiles constantly. Bigger. More deliberate. Very aware that this particular facial expression gets a response. If you watch the video in slow...
