Breakfast at Finca Ometepe

Breakfast: We offer breakfast at the ranch. Meals are a farm-to-table experience with eggs from our hens and milk from our cows. both are organic and fresh. While we are not a restaurant, we do offer breakfast daily to guests for $9.50, and it is delicious!  If you like the food, feel free to tip our awesome cook-she works really hard to make you delicious food

Choices rotate daily but please have all members of your group choose the same breakfast as we like to serve it hot and fresh off the grill!

  • Nicaraguan Farm Breakfast - Fresh Fruit as a starter, Gallo Pinto with Eggs your way with local Plantains
  • American Breakfast - Hand-made Pancake or Waffle with Fresh Fruit, and Organic, Local Honey,  Eggs Your Way, Fresh Juice, and Coffee or Milk.
  • French Omelette - Fresh Fruit as a starter, Vegetarian Omelette made with Farm Fresh Eggs and Organic Produce of your choice from the garden, Toast, Fresh Juice, and Coffee or Milk.
  • Swedish Breakfast - Fresh Fruit as a starter, Organic, Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats with Organic Banana from the Farm (in season), Fresh Juice, and Coffee or Milk.
  • Swiss Mountain Breakfast - Fresh Fruit as a starter, Yoghurt (frequently homemade, if the cow is giving milk) with Home-Made Muesli, Fresh Juice, and Coffee or Milk.
